on Extreme Makeover:
Home Edition

of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition
featuring the Williams Family. After
being diagnosed with ALS, a
progressive and fatal disease, high
school football coach Jeremy
Williams continued coaching, leading his team in an undefeated
season and inspiring his players and the entire community. But the
family’s home is completely inaccessible to Jeremy and his son,
Jacob, who suffers from Spina-Bifida.
Having an active lifestyle is one of Jeremy’s passions. With the
support of CVS Caremark and our playground industry partner
GameTime, Inc., Boundless Playgrounds designed an accessible
football-themed fitness space where Jeremy and his son can be
