Download the Donation Form, fill it out and send it in with your check.

Donate Your Vehicle - Donate your used car through Auto Donation Depot, LLC. They will pick up your used vehicle and handle the paperwork. Depending upon the value of your vehicle, a donation is passed along to Boundless Playgrounds and you are provided with a receipt for your donation.

All you need is a clear title, and they will take care of the rest, including pick-up, at no cost to you. Once your vehicle has been sold, you will be sent a receipt for your tax records, and the sale proceeds will be donated to Boundless Playgrounds in your name. Shop for Charity - Register at www.justgive.org or www.igive.com to shop at stores where retailers will donate a portion of each sale to Boundless Playgrounds.

Corporate Giving

Corporate Matching Gift Programs give employees the opportunity to increase the impact of their tax-deductible contributions.

  • If your company has a matching gift program, please obtain a matching gift form and program guidelines from your human resources office.
  • Fill in the employee section of the form and send it to Boundless Playgrounds along with your donation, or, if you’ve made a contribution online, simply complete the matching gift form and mail it to: Boundless Playgrounds, 1032 Chapel Street, 4th Floor, New Haven, CT, 06510
